I’m a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor from Finnish Lapland.
I work with women who have spent years holding everything together — at the cost of their own wellbeing. I have been there also, so I know how it feels like.

My approach is grounded, slow and physiotherapy-informed.
Every practice is filmed in soft, calm Lapland light — so your system can settle before the movement even begins.
